Lotus position. Did you have unsuccessful attempts to get pregnant? If so, you may experience depression and irritation. But nervousness may have a negative influence on the reproductive system. Lotus pose will help you get rid of stresses and relax. When doing this pose close your eyes and concentrate on your feelings and breathe. Imagine that you have planted a flower. Relax and watch how it grows and changes in color, form and sizes. Acting in such a way, you can achieve complete relaxation.
Viparita Karani pose. Raise your legs, put a bolster under your buttocks, relax and breathe smoothly. You can stay up to 20 minutes in this pose. You shouldn’t perform the pose during menopause.
Bridge yoga pose. This position improves blood supply in a body. So, more blood is supplied to pelvis organs – womb and ovaries. The bridge yoga pose shouldn’t be performed during the menopause period.
Cobra pose. Lay on a belly, raise your chest up during inspiration. Don’t make pressure on your hands when doing this pose. Cobra pose improves blood supply to womb and ovaries.
Baddha Konasana pose. Seat down on a yoga mat, strengthen your legs, approach your stops to groin and try to put your hips on the floor. This position improves blood supply to pelvis area and stretches hips.
