During menstruation it would be expedient for women to focus on such yoga poses as mayurasana, dandasana, ardkha navasana, shalabhasana, dkhanurasana, virasana, adkho mukkha shvanasana and bkhudzhangasana.

On the one hand, you should help your organism get rid of toxins. On the other hand, you shouldn’t increase blood circulation and exhaust yourself. Doing yoga you should always get pleasure even during menstruation!
