I am ready to eat everything. People often say these words when they are hungry. However, only the feeling of being hungry can tell us what meal we need. Increased appetite may occur if a person can’t control his/her feeling and emotions.

Morning begins with evening. Food is digested in an organism perfectly during the sunrise only. That’s why yoga teachers don’t recommend their trainees to eat 4 hours before going to bed. Such an eating schedule can be explained by the time when foods are digested in the best way. It will take up to 4 hours and 6-8 hours to digest carbohydrate and protein foods respectively.
